As well as dealing with our more complex HR situations, she supports clients by combining her experience as a senior manager for some well-known brand names with a vivid and colourful career in HR.

After working at Sapience HR for 3 years as Office Manager Jeanette decided to fully embrace the world of HR and back in 2019 qualified for her CIPD level 3 qualification, Jeanette is looking forward to continuing her HR development over the coming years.

Jeanette is still the Sapience Team administrator but is now involved with the day-to-day HR queries we receive from our clients as our Junior HR Advisor.

Jeanette is looking forward to being your first point of contact for all of your essential HR documents, including Contracts of Employment, Company Handbooks and HR Policies.

Jeanette is originally from Surrey and relocated to Cornwall with her family 6 years ago.

Away from the office, and in-between ferrying her 3 boys around Cornwall, Jeanette loves spending time down on the beach relaxing.

Diane has many years’ experience in HR across a diverse range of industries including television, education, manufacturing and health & social care. As an associate member of the CIPD, she holds a Level 5 qualification in human resource management. Among Diane’s top HR passions are employee recruitment, engagement and retention.

Diane is originally from London, and has relocated to Cornwall from Dorset in 2019. She is already enjoying being able to get out walking and enjoying the Cornish countryside with her beloved rescue dogs (and her husband!).
